Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Tranquillity Hill Reservations
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservations. It must be received within 5 business days after you make your reservations. A 100% prepayment on all reservations must be made at least 15 days prior to your arrival. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellation Refund Policy
We will refund your money, minus a $100 per room cancellation charge, with a prior notice of 15 days from the commencement of your reservations. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to your arrival, there is no refund.
Rescheduling Policy
If you notify us 15 days or more prior to your date of arrival and you want to change your reservations, there is no charge.
*We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect reservations already made.

November 15, 2009 NOTE- Due to the financial crisis in the United States and most other countries in the world, I have not been able to secure a mortgage in Costa Rica.
